When using our website for information purposes only, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you visit our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

3. Web radio streaming (LIVE radio)

When you use our web radio player on the website or in our apps, a connection to our own streaming servers is established. To transmit the audio stream to your device, your IP address must be processed. No external streaming service providers are used for this purpose.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures), as accessing the stream is technically impossible without processing the IP address. This data is processed temporarily in the working memory only for the duration of the stream transmission and is not stored permanently.

4. Artist Hub & Song submissions (artisthub.ai-onair.com)

Artists and music producers have the opportunity to submit their own songs via our Artist Hub at artisthub.ai-onair.com In this process, personal data is collected:

• Artist name / Project name / Band name
• Email address and, if applicable, other contact details
• Uploaded audio files and song metadata
• Information regarding copyrights (GEMA, royalty-free music, etc.)

This data is processed for the purpose of reviewing, selecting, and potentially broadcasting your tracks in our radio program. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation and fulfillment of contracts for program planning). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

5. AI.OnAir Android App, Android Auto & Alexa Skill

Our web radio applications and voice services process data to allow you to listen to our radio program on various devices.

• Android App & Android Auto (usage data & IP addresses): To retrieve the web radio stream and track information, your IP address and device data are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The app does not request sensitive permissions, and your request and favorite history are stored exclusively locally on your device.
• Alexa Skill (voice control): When using our Alexa skill, voice commands and requests are processed by Amazon. We do not receive any voice recordings or personal customer data from Amazon, but only anonymized technical IDs (User-IDs) and control commands (Intents) to execute playback. To play the radio program, your Alexa device fetches the audio stream from our servers, which involves processing your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other voice data processing is carried out by Amazon in accordance with their own privacy policy.

6. Third-party services & tracking tools

6.1 Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website.

This analysis is based exclusively on your express consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time via the website's cookie banner with effect for the future. IP anonymization is active by default, meaning your IP address is truncated by Google before being transmitted to third countries.

6.2 Buy Me a Coffee widget (Donations & Support)

We have integrated a widget from "Buy Me a Coffee" (Buy Me A Coffee, Inc., 382 NE 191st St, Miami, FL 33179, USA) on our website. When you access this widget or make a donation, your browser establishes a connection to the provider's servers.

Connection data and potentially payment data are processed directly by Buy Me a Coffee. The legal basis for integrating the widget is our legitimate interest in providing a simple way for support and donations in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 7. Social Media Presences

We operate fan pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. When you visit these profiles, data is collected and processed by the respective platform operator (e.g., Meta, ByteDance, or Google) – including for the creation of anonymized usage statistics ("Insights").

For the evaluation of these usage statistics on Facebook and Instagram, we are jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. You can view the agreement on joint responsibility ("Page Controller Addendum") in the settings of your Facebook profile. Data processing on social media channels is based on our legitimate interest in providing modern information and communication with our listeners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
