Hagen, August 27, 2026 – Major functional upgrades for public AI.OnAir artist profiles: Today's update makes our interactive Artist Pages even more personal, flexible, and ready for direct fan support. Registered musicians, producers, and AI prompters can now add targeted support options like PayPal.Me and Buy Me a Coffee to their pages, enable a professional contact section for booking and press inquiries, and flexibly choose between square (1:1) and portrait (3:4) artist images.
This release introduces three new, fully optional building blocks for the Artist Page. Artists decide for themselves which modules should be publicly visible. All settings are configured intuitively and directly within the private Artist Page preview in the Artist Hub, and are automatically saved in the background.
Direct support from fans: PayPal.Me and Buy Me a Coffee
In the new supporter module, artists can easily add their PayPal.Me link, Buy Me a Coffee link, or both, and optionally add a personal message to their community. The support buttons will only appear publicly on the Artist Page once at least one valid link has been entered and the module has been activated.
“Fan support must be simple, direct, and above all, secure” explains founder Dennis Vorberg. “That’s why AI.OnAir does not process any payments, bank details, or access data itself. Transactions are handled 100 percent securely and directly through the respective payment provider. We simply provide artists with the ideal stage to link their existing channels directly to their tracks on the radio.”
Public contact section for booking, press, and industry
The new contact module firmly establishes the Artist Page as a full-fledged digital business card for the professional music industry. Here, you can list contact persons, their roles (e.g., booking, management, label, or press), an official email address, phone number, website, and optionally, a postal address.
Empty fields are intelligently hidden in the frontend. The entire contact section remains invisible as long as the module is not explicitly activated. This ensures artists always retain full sovereignty over which contact methods they want to make available to the public.
Artist image in 1:1 or 3:4: Flexible image formats for every portrait
A new image format switcher is now located directly on the image area in the editing preview. The classic square format (1:1) is particularly suitable for album-related imagery, square press photos, and compact layouts. The 3:4 portrait ratio, on the other hand, offers significantly more vertical space for classic portraits and full-body shots. The Artist Page automatically adjusts the frame, image area, and adjacent content to the chosen format without requiring the uploaded original image to be cropped or replaced.
Harmonious design to match your template
Co-founder Simon Vogler highlights the visual integration: “Regardless of which template an artist chooses – from the neon-soaked ‘Electric Avenue’ to our more minimalist styles: The supporter and contact sections seamlessly adopt the colors, fonts, lines, and accents of the selected theme. Everything feels like a unified piece and underlines the artist's visual identity.”
The updates at a glance:
- PayPal.Me and Buy Me a Coffee: Add one or both support links and, if desired, include a personal message to your fans.
- Payments stay with the provider: AI.OnAir only saves your public links and does not process any payment or account data.
- Optional contact section: Publish specific contact channels for booking, management, press, and industry inquiries.
- Full control over visibility: Supporter and contact modules can be controlled independently; inactive areas remain invisible.
- Choose image format directly on your portrait: Switch flexibly between the square 1:1 format and the elegant 3:4 portrait ratio with a single click.
- Automatic saving and template adaptation: All changes are saved instantly in the live preview and automatically adapt to the design of your chosen template.
