Hagen, August 28, 2026 – A major version update for the AI.OnAir Artist Dashboard: With today's update, the Artist Hub now features a noticeably cleaner, more unified design language. In addition to a modernized user interface specifically tailored for the upcoming Android app, musicians, producers, and AI prompters gain a long-awaited community feature: song titles and cover art can now be edited independently after uploading.
Harmonious design as a bridge to the upcoming Android app
The Artist Hub interface has been extensively refined in this update. Cards, navigation, buttons, and active elements now appear significantly more consistent, polished, and user-friendly. This new design language also serves as the visual and functional foundation for the currently in-development Artist Hub Android app. The goal is for the web browser experience and the future smartphone app to blend seamlessly, providing artists with a familiar environment across all devices.
“The revamped design is the crucial foundation for the mobile future of the Artist Hub”, explains co-founder Simon Vogler. “The web interface and the upcoming Android app now share the same visual DNA. With round icon buttons, clearly highlighted menu items, and improved transitions between pages, musicians can navigate their discography even faster.”
Full control: Edit song titles and covers after the fact
Beyond the visual overhaul, the release delivers a key functional upgrade: in the detailed view of uploaded songs, artists can now directly correct a typo in a title or swap out an incorrectly uploaded cover image.
“Typos in titles or incorrect image files can happen easily during upload” emphasizes founder Dennis Vorberg. “Previously, such corrections had to be manually processed by our editorial team. With this new editing feature, we are returning full control to our artists. This saves valuable time for everyone and improves the overall quality of the radio stream.”
Secure background synchronization with the radio server
A robust background synchronization process ensures maximum reliability: once saved, every change is automatically pushed across the entire network. Related audio and image files, metadata, and database entries are updated, verified, and adjusted directly on the live AI.OnAir radio server.
Because this verification and reconciliation process runs through all the station’s nodes, it may take a brief moment to complete. A transparent status indicator notifies the artist in real-time whether synchronization is still in progress or has been successfully completed.
The new features at a glance:
- Modernized Interface: Cards, navigation, icon buttons, and active areas now follow a more consistent and refined design language.
- Tailored for the upcoming Android app: The web interface and Android app now share a common visual base for a seamless user experience.
- Clearer Navigation: Active menu items, round icon buttons, and improved page transitions make orientation easier.
- Edit song titles after upload: Incorrect titles can now be corrected directly within the detailed view of an uploaded song.
- Replace covers after upload: Incorrectly uploaded song covers can now be easily swapped out within the song editor.
- Secure background synchronization: Changes are updated in files, linked records, and on the radio server, followed by an automatic verification process.
